Wood Effect Treatment:

The profiles are at first painted using Polyester powder paints especially created for this purpose.

Then unlike other technological decoration processes by sublimation which, for example, uses the performed decoration film, having the same shape of a bag, sock or envelop, the process used by our machine creates at the same time the wrapping or the bag around the object, considering its dimension.

The so prepared profiles are then transferred to an oven. By means of a depression system to assure the adhesion of the film to the external shape of the profiles, as well as to eliminate the gazes produced during the heating of the painted metal.

When the profiles reach the sublimation temperature indicated by our film supplier (usually around 200^°C), they are automatically driven out of the oven, and all of the film wraps can be removed. At this point all the profiles are ready to be packed and sent to the final client.

* The Wood Finish color samples should be used only as an indication of the actual color. This is due to the limitation in sampling, as well as the higher  level of tolerance related to wood finish textures.
